Booking Spa Services (massage, facials, waxing services, etc.)
We absolutely love our clients, but due to an abundance of "no-shows" and last-minute cancellations, we require a credit card when booking any spa service (facials, massage, waxing services, etc.)
If you are needing to cancel your appointment, we require a 48-hour notice or the card on file will be charged for the full amount of the service.
If you do not show up to your appointment or call at the last minute to cancel (unless it is a major emergency), unfortunately, we will not be able to book any more appointments for you.
If you show up late to your appointment, you are still responsible for paying for the full amount of the service even if we can't provide the full allotted time scheduled for said service. This puts us behind for the day and inconveniences the clients coming in after you. We know life happens, but we need notification of any and all scheduling changes and cancellations 48-hours beforehand. Thank you so much for understanding!
Gift Card Purchases
The recipient of a gift card may use this card by presenting it for payment when making an appointment. We do require a 48-hour notice of any and all cancellations, or the amount of the service will be deducted from the card. This also includes "no call and/or no shows." This is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties. Seagrass Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Card is redeemable for "spa services" only and cannot be used for any hair services. This card is valid for one year from date of purchase and is non-transferable. It cannot be used by anyone other than the person it was gifted to.
Returns
Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Shipping
Gift Cards purchased online will be shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers: USPS.

When you use our Products or Website, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number.
By giving us such information, you will need to consent by using it in the manner described in this policy.
